Russia 'running out of steam' in Ukraine, UK spy chief says

LONDON, July 30 (Reuters) - Russia is "reaching a dead end" in its attack on Ukraine, the head of Britain's MI6 unfamiliar knowledge organization, Richard Moore, said in a concise remark via virtual entertainment on Saturday.

Moore offered the comment "Running out of steam..." over a prior post on Twitter by Britain's safeguard service, which portrayed the Russian government as "developing frantic" and as having lost a large number of troopers in its attack of Ukraine.
